Hardship Tickets

In 2025, Gaytimes is again offering heavily discounted Hardship tickets for those within our community who are experiencing hardship.

Hardship tickets are $260 inc GST + booking fee

Submit the application form below for access to a Gaytimes Festival 2024 Hardship ticket. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a hardship ticket, each application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We will consider anyone’s personal circumstances including (but not limited to): anyone experiencing homelessness, unemployment, financial hardship, health or medical reasons, trauma, victims of crime or domestic violence etc.

We will also have tickets available to First Nations people, simply email hello@gaytimes.com.au

Hardship ticket applications will close on Friday 1 November 2025.

We understand that many LGBTIQ+ are doing it tough, particularly in the current cost of living environment. We offer an allocation of heavily discounted Hardship tickets to anyone in our community experiencing difficult personal circumstances that may make it challenging for them to afford a ticket including health issues, unemployment, homelessness, family violence, family issues, financial hardship, carer responsibilities or migration issues.
