Accessibility
Accessibility is at the forefront of our values at Gaytimes Festival.
This year, Gaytimes 2025 we will have an onsite accessibility angel to assist all patrons with accessibility requirements. If you have access requirements, please contact us at fill out our accessibility form so that we can register your presence with our accessibility angel.
Gaytimes 2025 will be held in a wheelchair-accessible venue, with some accessible amenities and campsites – however, there are gravel rocks, slopes and rocky terrain in some places and the site is uneven. Especially when it rains, the site can become hazardous for those with mobility issues. Only you can decide if Gaytimes is right for you.
Gaytimes has lower sensory activities but there is also bright lights, loud music and crowds, so it might not be comfortable for everyone with sensory sensitivity. We do avoid strobe lighting for people with photo-sensitive epilepsy.
Gaytimes also has food vendors that cater to a range of dietary needs but if you have dietary restrictions that include severe allergies we recommend you also bring your own food.
If you need this information in another format, please do not hesitate to contact us.
